Sorry if already posted somewhere, but DEAN is our ref on Saturday. Which way is he going to go? For the big team (us in this case) or show those pea sky TV judges that he sometimes shows bias to the little away teams?

This is now set up for a mega persecution of Chelsea, Costa and Mourinho.
Dean to remain unscathed? He chose not to send off Costa (he could have done 3 times by all accounts) and sent Gabriel off instead.

It's not stupid though sold. If any of our players did that, I'd expect a red. And if they weren't sent off, I'd expect retrospective action and a suspension afterwards.
Being wound up by Costa is not 'mitigating circumstances' - otherwise anyone who gets in a fight in the pitch but didn't start it can use that defense.
Stupid decision.

What Costa did to Koscielny was far worse than what Carroll did to Flores.....and with the Gabriel card being rescinded, Dean looks an even bigger twat then he did in the first place.
Odds on Wenger whinging about the result must be good...impacted by Dean.

How did Gabriel's red card get rescinded? Cameras clearly show he purposely kicked Costa, even if it was a beckham-esque flick. Even wenger seemed to admit he deserved it after the game!

I really dont get this- he either did it ( which he did) or he didnt - thats totally undermined the ref ( haha) They cant say "mitigating circumstances" as every card would be subject to the same criteria. Im confuddled.,

Interesting. As soppy as it was, it is a clear red card offence these days to lash out in any way, even if you are provked, normally. So this shows the panel think Chelsea are as big a bunch of cunts as the rest of us do. It's a slap in Jose's face.
I like this decision. It makes me smile.
